Down Under’s Flow School features a wide-range of classes in the Vinyasa tradition with classes appropriate for all interests. In addition to many drop-in classes each day, the Flow school offers comprehensive curriculum including weekly Master Classes with nationally regarded senior faculty Natasha Rizopoulos, 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, weekly Continuing Education and Workshops, and the Art of Assisting trainings and assistant development program.

The class is moderately paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. Foundations is designed for beginning and intermediate students eager to deepen your understanding and experience of yoga.
Flow is a challenging, joyful Vinyasa practice that connects movement to breath in a vigorous sequence of yoga poses. The class cultivates deep physical opening and absorption of the mind in the rhythm of breath and body. Flow classes introduce inversions, more challenging backbends and arm balances and move at a moderate to fast pace, so knowing the basics is helpful.
