DVRM®: Breathwork Teacher Training

This advanced training is designed for teachers and facilitators who want to offer breathwork with greater structure, clarity, and confidence.

Our DVRM® Breathwork Teacher Training is currently offered in our Harvard Square location.

Program Format

50 hours total

  • Pre-Intensive:

    • Foundational study of the methodology, breathing techniques, neuroscience, and safety protocols.
      (10 hours, self-paced, to be watched before the program begins)

  • In-Person Intensive:

    • A five-day, practice-based immersion at Down Under School of Yoga, focused on direct experience, guided facilitation, and feedback.
      (34 hours)

  • Post-Practicum:

    • Two recorded facilitation sessions with review, plus a 30-day cohort check-in.
      (6 hours)
