DVRM®: Breathwork Teacher Training
This advanced training is designed for teachers and facilitators who want to offer breathwork with greater structure, clarity, and confidence.

Our DVRM® Breathwork Teacher Training is currently offered in our Harvard Square location.

Program Format
50 hours total
Pre-Intensive:
Foundational study of the methodology, breathing techniques, neuroscience, and safety protocols.
(10 hours, self-paced, to be watched before the program begins)
In-Person Intensive:
A five-day, practice-based immersion at Down Under School of Yoga, focused on direct experience, guided facilitation, and feedback.
(34 hours)
Post-Practicum:
Two recorded facilitation sessions with review, plus a 30-day cohort check-in.

No prior DVRM experience is required.
