Helping someone return to a state of health and happiness is my favorite part of being in the field of Ayurveda. I feel that when someone realizes that they possess the ability to control their health and well being, they feel empowered and being able to observe that accomplishment, brings me great joy.—Anusha Sehgal
Anusha also teaches concepts of Ayurveda to college students, corporate affiliates, pharmaceutical companies, research fellows and the general public both in India and the US.
