Summertime practice is the perfect time for a light-hearted, nourishing, and playful practice capitalizing on the flexibility in your body from the heat. We will be exploring arm balances, inversions, and core stability. Topics will include how to access bandha energy to protect out joints and nourishing the joints that get overused in the inversion and high-intensity practice. Prepare to sweat and have fun!
Amy's Saturday and Sunday "yang and yin" workshops are designed to be taken together but may be done individually.
