Discover Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in Boston

At this particular moment in our collective history, creating the time and space for deeper listening is crucial for self-care and for leading a truly well-balanced yoga class.

The art of slowing down is also a science, and the Down Under Restorative Faculty are pleased to present this exploration into the art and science of undoing patterns of tension, stress, gripping, and protective holding that is at the heart of restorative yoga.

There’s profound wisdom and strength in slowing down.

This training is dedicated to creating a peaceful space for yoga teachers to explore the benefits and transformative potential of practicing and teaching an inclusive and nimble restorative yoga practice. From the strategic use of both limited and abundant propping and support techniques to crafting genuine, intuitive, and customized sequences tailored to a diverse audience, we’ll tap into a quieter, nourishing, and accessible practice.

You’ll leave this training with a dynamic and mobile restorative toolbox to offer a full restorative yoga class or infuse your current classes with restorative yoga techniques. You’ll discover more confidence in your intuition as a yoga teacher and practitioner.
