Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga is a rhythmic blend of movement, breath and intention for expecting women to fully connect with their changing bodies and with their babies as they prepare for birth and motherhood. This class is equally focused on moms returning to yoga practice after baby has arrived. The sequences of Pre/Postnatal Flow are specifically aligned for each trimester, for special conditions that may arise and will safely guide women to return to their postpartum yoga practice with ease and confidence. Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga encourages synergy in movement and stretching, offers insight into soothing the breath and calming a busy mind, promotes sustained stamina with strength building asanas and time to scan the body as a guide for mindful practice. All levels of experience are welcome to attend.
