Erin Gubert, RYT-200, loves to teach adults and children of all ages and levels of experience.
Erin came to yoga several years ago. While teaching school full-time, getting an M.A. in education, and raising three children with her husband, she quickly discovered she needed a place to settle her mind and stretch her body. Erin completed her 200-hour teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga.
Erin’s classes are calming, centering, challenging, and fun. Join her and discover new things in old poses, master shapes that you never thought your body could make, and develop strength and flexibility through stable alignment and core strength. Erin also encourages students to explore the ways that yoga balances the mental and physical aspects of themselves.
