Carla started exploring yoga after moving to Boston from Toronto. To deepen her practice, she completed her 200hr teacher training and is currently enrolled in an 871 hr Yoga Therapy program. She is deeply interested in trauma-informed yoga and the mind and body reconnection that yoga offers.
Carla has a deep love for learning, food, and music. As a foodie, she loves to cook and became a certified health coach in order to learn more about the healing aspects of food. You might catch Carla at performing around town, singing American standards, classic Spanish boleros, or a remixed Drake cover.
