Jen fell in love with yoga in 1998 as a practical way to cope with depression and anxiety. As she continued to dive deeper into the benefits of a daily practice, it became clear that yoga was a gift to be shared.
In 2004 Jen completed her 200 hour teacher training with YogaSpirit & Kim Valeri.
When Jen became a mother, her yoga practice evolved and became essential to staying grounded. She became an Om Births prenatal & postnatal yoga teacher in 2017 under the guidance of Bec Conant.
Her classes encourage moms to trust & appreciate their bodies' innate wisdom and strength. Through a balance of invigorating flow & restorative poses students feel both challenged & nurtured. Jen's goal is to empower & support her students as they journey into motherhood.
