Hot Power and Heated Flow classes teach powerful dynamic sequences in heat and humidity, demanding rhythmic breath and personal evolution. The purpose of the intensity is self-study - bringing you to your edge but also cradling you there. 

HOt power flow classes

Powerful, athletic, and ablaze with tempo, this yoga class will push you to your edge with a gritty power experience in 90+ degree heat and humidity. Designed to explore your physical, emotional, and mental limits, you'll cultivate focus, curiosity, and compassion so that what starts as a struggle becomes a source of self-knowledge. The sustained pace and vigor does not include breaks so students should self-regulate and take breaks.

HEATED FLOW CLASSES

Heated Flow classes also use heat and humidity to make muscles more pliable and create a sense of deep presence and physicality. The sequencing of the class however is creative, fluid, and innovative while the vigorous challenge of the pacing connects you to your breath and rinses you from the inside out. 


what to bring

Make sure you are well hydrated prior to taking a heated class. Please bring a water bottle, your mat and a towel. We ask that you rent a heated flow mat and a mat towel from the front desk ($5) if you are unable to bring your own.
