Assisting & Modifications

Utilize critical thinking to assess postures, understand injuries, work with different kinds of bodies, understand the use of props, and practice hands-on adjustments.

Philosophy & Sanskrit

Demystify ancient texts, begin to learn Sanskrit, and articulate yoga philosophy while understanding it from a contemporary context.

Business & Ethics

Navigate the business of yoga to begin a practical and successful career as you explore the ethics of the modern-day yogi.

Lineage & History

Examine different lineages of yoga including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Restorative and explore the limbs of yoga including Pranayama and Meditation.

Cost & Investment

Deliberately designed to be affordable to yogis of all ages, the training costs $3,200 with an early bird special of $3000 for registration before Dec 1, 2017.
