This foundational training will advance your practice, provide you the fundamental tools for teaching yoga, awaken your voice in all aspects of life and leadership, and connect you to a vibrant community of mentors, scholars, and fellow seekers on the path of learning and self-study.

Asana & Alignment

Discover the principles of physical alignment, the energetic and subtle body, and the foundation behind all the major yoga postures.

Teaching Methodology

Through a cumulative, strategic, and experiential approach, learn about the other side of the practice: the teaching.

Sequencing & Practicum

Learn the nuanced art of logical, dynamic sequencing, and precise languaging as you build confidence through practice teaching, observation, and receiving feedback.

Anatomy & Physiology

Focus on principles of anatomy, the skeletomuscular system, joint movement, and understand basic Eastern energy systems as they relate to yoga.

Assisting & Modifications

Utilize critical thinking to assess postures, understand injuries, work with different kinds of bodies, understand the use of props, and practice hands-on adjustments.

Philosopy & Sanskrit

Demystify ancient texts, begin to learn Sanskrit, and articulate yoga philosophy while understanding it from a contemporary context.

Business & Ethics

Navigate the business of yoga to begin a practical and successful career as you explore the ethics of the modern-day yogi.

Lineage & History

Examine different lineages of yoga including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Restorative and explore the limbs of yoga including Pranayama and Meditation.

Cost & Investment

The training costs $3,200 with an Early Bird price of $3,100 for registration before December 15, 2019 and an Earliest Bird price of $3,000 for registration before November 15, 2019.
