Testimonials

My husband and I took a chance and decided to go on one of Meredithโ€™s yoga retreats in the Azores in โ€˜21. We arrived only knowing Meredith and left having 17 new friends. We had so much fun being with people who like to do the same things as us - travel, do yoga, hike, eat good food, laugh, etc. We enjoyed it so much we signed up for the next trip to Amsterdam โ€˜22: Thank you Meredith for making the trip so much fun!!
— Barbara J
Meredith cultivates a warm, welcoming environment during these retreats, where strangers may become fast friends. The group starts each day with a yoga class which is both grounding and energizing. Delicious meals, art museums, scenic hikes, river cruises, and free time to pop into shops are a few of the many highlights of these retreats. Oh, and there is always time for a coffee pit-stop! I have been to the Azores and to Amsterdam with Meredith and both were incredible breaks from my everyday. I have left both trips feeling more connected to my yoga practice and excited about seeing a new place in the world.
