An avid skier, climber, and biker, Lisa came to the mat more than 10 years ago after a car accident left her limited mobility in the neck and disabled her from playing outside. Yoga practice not only helped her heal, but gave a renewed strength along with flexibility she didn't think was possible. Lisa loves teaching to athletes, aligning the practice of balance, strength, breath, and surrender into action. She is completed her 300-hour teacher training with Natasha Rizopoulos here at Down Under.
