Erin came to yoga several years ago. While teaching school full time, getting an M.A. in Education, and raising three children with her husband, she quickly discovered she needed a place to settle her mind and stretch her body. Erin is a RYT-200 through Down Under Yoga. Her classes are calming, centering, challenging and fun. Join her and discover new things in old poses, master shapes that you never thought your body could make, balance mental and physical aspects of yourself, and develop strength and flexibility through stable alignment and core strength. Erin loves to teach adults and children of all ages and levels of experience.
